The Showcase Report is a detailed “curb to backyard fence” staging analysis, which includes color coordination, for the creation of a warm, inviting and neutral environment. Working with the homeowner, we establish the groundwork for making the right first impression and getting top dollar for the home. This report is provided in writing and consists of recommendations for implementation by the homeowner to finish the recommended changes themselves, or contractor references will be given.

Design Services Consultation $250.00

The Design Report is a detailed written evaluation of the current layout of the space and recommendations to improve function and optimal space utilization. We will work to create a budget, list resources, color schemes and guide the homeowner with coordinating accessories. A successful project can be assured when you have thorough research, exceptional organization and a design professional to help you reflect your style and taste.
